My wife and I just got brand new 14 Pros about 3 days ago. Her phone was working and lighting up with all notifications all day, and then all of a sudden just stopped.
when I text her, it makes a sound and vibrates but the screen does not light up. I’ve tried everything including resetting all settings.
is there a way to fix this??

No that’s not the issue.
always on has been off, it’s off on my phone too.
but when her phone is lying on her desk, or on the table, when she gets a notification the screen does not “wake”
mine does with every notification, and all her settings are the same.
