Voice memo stuck in Downloading...

I had this issue on my iPhone 13 Pro and saw a lot of other people do too and no solution (which is why I came here to begin with). I even saw a post about someone trying to listen to his deceased father's voice (I had few of those also) and no help from Apple support!! So, here is the solution that worked for me and hopefully does for you too. The voice memo that shows Downloading... and is hanging and you cannot listen to, slowly swipe left to see the three options of 1- three dots ... , 2-folder, and 3-trashcan. Make sure you do not swipe quickly and accidentally delete it (although it should go to a folder allowing you to retrieve). Once you get to the three options, click on the three dots ... and select duplicate. You quickly get a duplicate of the voice memo you cannot play which does work and voila you can listen to your "old" voice memo.
