Incompatibility between Xfinity email and connecting to my iPhone Pro 14
For weeks I've been having issues with Xfinity. One of my remaining issues is adding my Xfinity email to my iPhone 14 Pro. Every time I try I get messages that my username or password are incorrect. They are correct and I still can't connect...I've verified multiple times I've gone so far as changing my 5GHz to 2.4GHz and still cannot get it to connect. A few weeks ago, I got it, however, was still a day behind in getting my email. Stupid me listened to the Xfinity rep who told me to delete it and re-add it. After hesitating and sharing my concern about getting it back, I should have listened to myself because of course now I can't seem to get it back. I've even tried adding it via Outlook and Microsoft Exchange to no avail.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I am beyond frustrated after multiple phone calls to Xfinity (approximately 20 since 04/12) and one to Apple in which I was cut off while they were trying to assist me.
