Hello ~ The first quick thing I would suggest is a forced restart. Click on the link below for instructions…
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
You may then take a look at this link if above is of no help…
Post back should you need further assistance. Take care.

iPhone Stuck in a Boot Loop:
Your iPhone apparently is stuck in a boot loop. And this typically happens when you unsuccessfully download something or an install stalls. So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
One reason for the restarting issue is that the battery is starting to fail, so it cannot deliver constant voltage to the phone.
When was the last time that the battery was replaced?
Are you able to check the Battery Health on the phone?
Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging > Maximum Capacity. What is the number that you see?
Approximately, how long does the phone run before it restarts again?
I experienced the same problem when I replaced my iPhone X battery. Broke a tiny conductor so the battery couldn’t provide the required power anymore. You might need to either replace the battery, or upgrade if that’s what you attempted prior.
