touching not responed

Hi, my iphone xs max suddenly experienced ghost touch, and it wont respond to my touch. I put it down for the night and charged it full, and the next day it worked fine for only a while. I reset the settings, deleted new apps that might cause the problem, optimized usage, updated to the latest ios, and also checked my memory. But after using it for only an hour and only to update settings, it suddenly stopped responding again but this time no more ghost touch. I did not even use it for heavy apps. I did not drop it or it didnt get soaked in water. Please suggest me what else to do. I am already out of warranty. Thanks
