Iphone 14 Pro Voice Suddenly Breaking up on calls and the other party can not hear me!

I saw several correspondences about this issue on apple offical discussion platforms and also there are some videos on youtube which try to solve this problem but non of it solves my problem. While I am speaking suddenly my voice breaks up and other party can not hear me for a while. Not always in same location every time this problem occurs in different places even opeartor signal is good.

I tried to reset network settings, no solution

I tried to reset factory settings by removing e-sim as well.. no solution

I tried to change celluar settings by deactivating wi-fi call.. .. no solution

I tried to deactivate VoLTE celluar settings.. .. no solution

I tried to change signal from 5G to LTE and 3G.. .. no solution

No solution!!!!

Actually I never had this problem for 5 months period since I bought my phone. But unfortunately as soon as I updated my ios to 16.5, this problem has been occured.

I kindly ask to apple support team responsibles to solve my problem and get in contact with me via my email or GSM.

The fix for me on the iPhone 14 Pro Max voice cutting in and out was to remove the physical SIM, do a hard reset and then put the physical SIM back in.

This iPhone 14 PM had at one time 2 eSIM’s showing up (same phone number) and a physical SIM installed. I first deleted the secondary eSIM but that didn’t help. I was worried about deleting the other eSIM so I removed the physical SIM and rebooted and then installed the physical SIM. Now there are no more eSIM’s showing up and the voice is much better with no cutting in and out.

I just had this problem, too. It was solved it by turning off the Wi-Fi calling option in the settings/phone.

My husband and I have iphone xs and xsmax, (yes I know, they are ancient), and have recently started having this same problem. We’ve tried all the suggestions and taken the phones into Apple to fix, but nothing helps. I cleared up for a few weeks and now it’s back again. So darn frustrating to have expensive phones that don’t work. Anyone know what or if Apple is working to fix this problem for everyone having this problem?

when i have a call with wifi active and i get another call and i switch i don’t hear anything. I have to call back. Every time

i have 14 pro max

this happened after i start using wifi call at work because the signal is weak

Can anyone help me??? My iphone 14 is glitching every time someone calls me or I call them. It starts off as not being able to shut off the phone, then it goes to not being able to power down the phone. It's gone so far as not let me in any of the apps. If anyone sees this comment please help explain how to remedy this or why it's happening.

Loosing my mind as well. Nothing more frustrating than to be talking and all of sudden I can’t hear, they can’t hear, or it’s garbled. Makes me want to switch to android.

Same issue ever since updating software! People cat hear me even though I can hear them. Fix it please Apple!

OMG are you getting paid by Apple for your canned responses to the the same issue with different people posting about the same issue. What you're posting DOES NOT WORK for speaker phone issues.

I just get an iPhone 15 from Verizon, my outgoing calls are distorted. Dealer says no. Callers say yes. My5 was crystal clear. May become hot s galaxy
