Known caller blocked
I have an iPhone 11 and an iPhone SE2 and whenever a known caller rings the phone doesn't ring despite all the settings being set for it to ring. It is not a settings issue & is unconnected with Focus. Can you help?

Hi NozzyNozzer,
We see you've checked your Focus details but we would like to confirm, as the Focus is the most common cause of incoming calls being silenced.
If you have multiple devices, Focus statuses and their settings can be shared across devices. We'd recommend checking Settings > Focus on all of your devices, and see if 'Share Across Devices' is enabled. If so, disable it for the moment and try to replicate the issue.
Also, to clarify, is this all contacts or only a specific one?
