Kathryn M. has notifications silenced comes up when people are sending me a message. It doesn’t come up when my husband messaged me. Several people have told they see this.

This is usually due to a Focus on your device. We'd recommend checking under Settings > Focus. If you have a Focus active, first check that one and under the 'Allowed Notifications' section, you may find your husbands name there. If so, that explains the behavior and you can turn that Focus off or if you want to keep this settings turn off the 'Focus Status' option. That will stop it from displaying that notifications are silenced when others try to text you.
If you have multiple devices, we'd also recommend checking your Focus cross all of them to see if the 'Share Across Devices' feature is turned on.
If it is and one device has a Focus active with the aforementioned settings, it can also cause this to happen.
