I can only see the trailer to Still: Michael J. Fox. It wont give me the option to press play, only the trailer and add to up next...

Hi, I cannot get past the 30 minute mark in the 'Still' documentary. I've tried everything. Internet is good etc., but screen goes blank after 30 mins, reload icon appears and a message saying trouble loading this film, check your Internet connection. Tried watching it for the past few days with no joy.
