Apple TV on firestick

After verifying my account is good, expires next month, I cannot move beyond the view subscriptions screen on my Tv. It shows Apple TV and mls season pass but won’t go further. It all worked yesterday.

problem signing into Apple TV+ account on my smart TV I subscribe to Apple TV+. Am up to date with subscription payments Suddenly a few days ago my smart TV decides I am not a subscriber, and when I click on 'sign in' the screen just hangs (grey with a white rotating star). I access the channel via Roku. I can sign in to the channel on my laptop with no problems. I will have to cancel the monthly subscription if nobody here has an answer. I've tried everything I can think of or find. Thanks.
