Sure, here are the steps on how to erase calls from an Apple Watch that is on a standalone plan:

  1. Open the Phone app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Tap on Recents.
  3. Swipe left on the call that you want to delete.
  4. Tap on Delete.
  5. Tap on Delete Call to confirm.

You can also erase all calls at once by following these steps:

  • Open the Phone app on your Apple Watch.
  • Tap on Recents.
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap on Clear All.
  • Tap on Clear All Calls to confirm.

Please note that if you have a cellular Apple Watch, you will need to erase the calls from both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. To do this, follow the steps above on both devices.

I hope this helps!

And since you are using the watch under Family Setup, Apple specifically says some features won't be available for the watch, which is setup under Family Setup. Clearly this is one such feature. You need to understand that Family Setup is primarily intended for families with children who don't have their own iPhone, but the parent would like their kids to be connected AND tracked via Apple Watch. I imagine most parents would not want their kids to have the ability to delete phone calls from their watches. Since you've chosen to not use your watch through your iPhone under the same Apple ID, you'll need to accept certain features won't be available to you.
