Sure, here are the steps on how to erase calls from an Apple Watch that is on a standalone plan:
You can also erase all calls at once by following these steps:
Please note that if you have a cellular Apple Watch, you will need to erase the calls from both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. To do this, follow the steps above on both devices.
I hope this helps!

I have Apple Watch SE. I want to delete some or all of my recent calls. I’ve followed instructions but I can’t delete the calls. I’ve tried to slide the call left or right but nothing happens-I’ve scrolled to the bottom but there aren’t any options listed.
Delete the calls from the Phone app on your iPhone.
i also want to delete some apps on watch. How to do this?
The easiest way is through the Watch app on your iPhone. Swipe down to "Installed on the Apple Watch", tap on the ones you want to delete, turn off "Show App on Apple Watch".
And since you are using the watch under Family Setup, Apple specifically says some features won't be available for the watch, which is setup under Family Setup. Clearly this is one such feature. You need to understand that Family Setup is primarily intended for families with children who don't have their own iPhone, but the parent would like their kids to be connected AND tracked via Apple Watch. I imagine most parents would not want their kids to have the ability to delete phone calls from their watches. Since you've chosen to not use your watch through your iPhone under the same Apple ID, you'll need to accept certain features won't be available to you.
no sir that doesn’t work for an apple watch on a cellular stand alone plan.there’s no option to Clear All or anything.swiping left and right just calls the #. erasing from the iphone itself only works when watch is paired to the phone.thank you though.
From iPhone
Blue Tooth on
To Delete iwatch recent calls using your iphone
01 Tap green phone
02 Tap Recents
03 Tap All
04 Tap Edit
05 Tap Clear
Are you suggesting you own an Apple Watch which is not paired to an iPhone? Apple Watch cannot be standalone at all. Apple Watch MUST be paired to an iPhone.
it actually was set up for my daughter..cause i am a parent..it’s just that there’s #’s that repetitive on the call log and i had just wanted to clear them..especially if they’re spam calls but thank you for the info

You said you wanted to do both. So, I gave you instructions for both. But, if you don't want to delete apps, just delete the calls and ignore the instructions for deleting apps;
meaning apple watch has its own apple id and phone #..works like regular phone..so therefore it doesn’t shadow what’s on my phone..
I don't get what you've done? Did you set up the Apple Watch using Family Setup as opposed to using the same Apple ID as your iPhone?
exactly..that’s how it’s able to be used without being connected to my phone..i just can’t erase the call log on my watch..
I would have had no clue the watch was set up for your daughter as you never said it was your child's Apple Watch. I'm sorry I can't help you further, however.
I need to delete recent calls from my Apple Watch series 9
