I have really bad ADHD and my parents make me share my location with them just in case I get in trouble or something. But the little arrow annoys my so much is there a way I can stop it from showing up?

Just to chime in, it can’t be suppressed or turned off for security reasons.
ios is going to display it so users know it is active.
If you don’t expect it to be active, you have a visible signal warning you it is on and you need to investigate why it’s on.
