I found iphone 4 on road, I booted but there is no iOS. There some apps and Swithboard text. And when I rebooted it again, I have like purple screen and after menu with some yellow text. any fix for that?

This may very well be a prototype iPhone with a custom software installed.
As far as I know, there’s nothing you can do about it unfortunately, as there’s no public documentation about it, but you could do what the previous commenter had mentioned. I can imagine many tech enthusiasts would like this.

About Found iPhone:
Be honest about this, and hand it in to local authorities, or the facility where you found it. Another option would be to post something on Craigslist.
What I need to do if I want normal iOS? I saw that this device have development iBoot and itunes can't restore it.
