Adding payment method
My daughter needs to do an update on the Roblox app. It asks for payment method, I go to add my card but then it comes up with can’t add payment method. Even though all the details are correct. Any ideas?

If your payment method is acceptable to Apple, there may be a problem with the card itself:
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If necessary, check with your Card Issuer to ensure that there are no blocks or restrictions associated with your card. You’ll find the appropriate contact telephone number of the back of your card.
Be aware that If you only have a single Credit Card set-up for your AppleID account, you will need to add a new Credit Card to your AppleID account - after which you will be able to delete the old card details.
