skype mac video issue

Helo Apple and microsoft, the response whoever posted below is not a solution, please stop posting this kind of nonsense solutions, video section doesn't show skype icon at all, there is no add button on mac, please stop wasting humans time and making fun of their intelligence.

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like the camera works in Apple apps, but does not work in Skype. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.

1. "On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy.
2. Select Camera.
3. Select the checkbox next to an app to allow it to access your camera.
4. Deselect the checkbox to turn off access for that app.
