My charger adapter leaks blue ink

If you purchased this power adapter (with or without another Apple device), within the last 14 days, you can return it for either a full refund or a replacement. If past then, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine it to determine if this is a manufacturing defect. If it turns out to be one, you may also be offered a replacement.

Otherwise, there is no way anyone here (we are not Apple employees) can determine, whether or not, you should continue using it. I would suggest that you do not, until it can be looked at.
