iPhone group chat photo
I change my group chat photo but other people can’t see it, only I can. And when they change it, I can’t see it??

To clarify, is this a group SMS (green) or group iMessage (blue)? For more info on changing your message thread photo, check out: Name a group text message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
We ask because this would be expected on SMS, and they should only expect to see such an update if this is an iMessage group thread.
