Hello, I have been trying to access iCloud on web, but it is not working. It is giving an error that ‘There was a problem opening iCloud Drive’.

My advanced data protection is turned on, and I am allowing access from my phone for the data to be accessed.

Hey Rana330,

Can you confirm the following?

Are you going specifically to iCloud.com or iCloud.com/drive? If you're trying to go directly to iCloud Drive, try logging into iCloud.com and then after logging in, open the Drive app.
Have you tried clearing the history on your device? Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Clearing the history will help us better isolate the issue as it helps to rule out potential cookies or cache problems.
