Cannot remove an app from new iPhone

I was using my AppleID and cloud on my work phone which is managed with a mobileiron MDM profile. I got myself a new phone and used the backed up data of the work phone to load into my new iPhone. Everything works as expected except there’s this app (which is a Webclip installed by the MDM profile) that cannot be deleted. I checked that I do not have any profile managing the device. Despite rebooting the phone and back up again, or even installing the MDM profile on my personal phone and then remove management profile altogether, this particular Webclip/App cannot be removed. I tried to remove it from iPhone storage and to no avail too.

please help!
