Ventura 13.3 Update Problem with Office 365 and PDFS (can't open) - can it be solved by resetting one drive?
I updated my imac (2020) to 13.3 Ventura and like many was not able to open many microsoft office docs in 365 or PDFs. I updated to 13.4 but that has not solved the problem.
A network administrator I'm considering hiring told me a reset of one drive solved this problem for another client. Has anyone used this as a fix successfully?
I figure after backing up it's worth a try. This whole issue has been a nightmare.
