Regardless of the apparent visual appearance, a “bent” iPad may have suffered internal damage. The only remedy is repair - which, for practical purposes, will entail exchange for a replacement iPad.
You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assess your iPad and discuss your available options:
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Alternatively, you might consider Apple’s mail-in repair service:
iPad Repair & Service – Apple Support
If eligible for repair/exchange, this link can also be used to establish the repair cost.

Unlikely to work. I've had one that was dropped and severely bent in a case. It's like trying to straighten out a paper clip. Mine eventually showed electronic failures including weird display issues, lines on the display, and self-restarts. But I still keep it around because Apple's replacement cost isn't worth it for me.
