Hi guys
I have a Studio Display and covered it with Apple Care. However, it does not appear in my Devices list under my AppleID (when the older LG screen I bought from you does), and have therefore a hard time managing the AppleCare coverage (change payment type, ...). What's the way forward?

My understanding is that the Devices list only shows devices that you log into with an AppleID. Because the display doesn't used an AppleID (like a Mac, iPhone, HomePod, etc) it won't appear in the My Devices list.
If you bought the Studio Display directly from Apple online or in an Apple Store you simply go to your order history (click on the shopping bag icon) and the Studio Display will show up there with both your AppleCare+ agreement and the invoice for your purchase.
