I am getting code but can’t verify my number

Give the message from your screenshot, we'd first recommend restarting your device and then ensure you have a good connection to the internet over either Wi-Fi or cellular data.


If you still receive the same message, try signing in and generating the code again on cellular if you're on Wi-Fi and vice versa.


Should the issue still persist, contact Apple Support directly for assistance.
