On 03/14/2023 I purchased six tickets for the Tennessee Volunteers vs Virginia Cavaliers, which were loaded on my Wallet app. The tickets have disappeared, I contact the University of Tennessee Ticket Office and they verified the purchase. They also instructed me to contact Apple Wallet.

Check the email your received or in the App for the ticker provider if there is one, and add them again like you did the first time.
The tickets in the Wallet app are just a copy and should still exist in the provider's platform to be added again the same way you did the first time.
