Online Concert Tickets Not in Apple Wallet

Bought online concert tickets from Majestic Theater San Antonio Texas. No paper tickets allowed at time of event. Downloaded digital tickets. No option to send to Apple Wallet. Does not show up in Apple Wallet. iPhone XS with latest software update of IOS 16.6. — (more numbers).

Why can’t I keep these tickets to an event at least six months away in Apple Wallet? Thanks for any help with this;

You can provided that the venue has the feature enabled. Look for add to apple wallet on the website or email confirmation. Otherwise, your tickets can be stored as a pdf in the files app or in photos.
