I have "added" tickets from the provider into my apple wallet, but when I open my wallet, the tickets are not there. Help!

I have "added" tickets from the Appalachian State ticket office to my wallet, but when I open my wallet, the tickets are not there? Can you help me?

So it sounds like you've gone through the steps at Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support but the ticket isn't displaying. Do you see any kind of error when adding the ticket from the provided email or link? Also, have you reached out to the supplier of the tickets? It's possible they may need to send you a new copy in the event something is wrong with the Wallet link option.
