Can’t get the tickets uploaded to the Apple wallet

We'd like to help by ruling out some basics, along with learning more about what's happening:
- We see you have an iPhone 6 with iOS 9 installed, but the latest for your model would be iOS 12.5.7. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad
- Have you been able to add tickets to Wallet in the past from Ticketmaster, and if yes, when did this start?
- Any issues adding other cards/passes/etc. to Wallet?
