As the title says, the tickets show downloaded on iPhone, but they do not appear in wallet and there's no wallet icon in the 'send to' option for the download.
Please don't tell me to contact the app developer as that seems to be the primary response. There's no reason why wallet won't recognize the download nor appear as a place to save to.

There is a lot of people with similar issues with Ticketmaster at the moment, more specially the tickets not being uploaded to the wallet app.
I know you don't like the response, but Ticketmaster is responsible for properly setting up this feature, not Apple. Apple laid the framework out for app and website developers to take advantage of. I've had no issues adding tickets to my Wallet app through other merchants which leads me to believe this is a Ticketmaster issue. You can try restarting your iPhone and seeing if that helps. You will need to contact the app or web developer and ask them to fix the button and that it is not working.
Another potential issue could be you're running iOS 13 and the feature is no longer supported on older device models and iOS versions.
