New iCloudmail
I need help,I lost my old phone and can’t access my old iCloud mail,I have a new one but cannot access my apps as it keeps sending verification to the old number and email,how can I fix this?

It sounds like you're trying to sign in to an old Apple ID, but you do not have access to any of the trusted devices. Try resetting from a family member's device or if you have an account recovery contact.
* Learn how to reset your Apple ID password on a trusted device or through the Apple Support app on a family member’s iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can also visit an Apple Store and ask to use a device on site.
* If you set up an account recovery contact, they can also help you reset your password.
