Can’t update on App Store as AppStore shows a different email to my AppleID
I’m trying to update Apps via AppStore. I log in with my Apple ID and my email shows correctly as I enter the AppStore. However, as soon as I select an app to update, I receive a screen with the message ‘Your Apple ID ~ email address ~ or password is incorrect. Please try again. However the email address displayed is an old email address, not the current one.
clicking on ‘forgot password’ sends me into an endless loop of changing my current password , then ending up back at the above error.
any ideas anyone?
