I need to update the app by App Store but it asks me to login in a account with other email address with is do not match my actual apple account email, so I can not update any app or download new one

It likely means the app was downloaded using a different account and can only be updated when signed into that account. Delete the app and download it with your account. Note, however, that this may involve loss of data.
