How do I update my email address in the apps that I am unable to login?

I have to change my email in7-11 app. It will not let me go in because it has the wrong email address thx

I'm unable to change the email address on the App Store As you can see in the screenshots I set the right app store icloud username, but when i try to update an app in the app store it asks for a password belonging to another icloud account. I can not change that account name only can fill in the password, but I don’t have this account or email anymore. How can I set the account and email ? Because it is already right configured in the other menu. Thank you. [Edited by Moderator]

You need to resolve this with 7 Eleven Support and reset your account. Unfortunately we cannot help you here.
