Updating apps brings old email address to login!?

Can anyone help to reset email address when trying to update apps via App Store?! Old email address keeps being prompted to sign into. I’ve signed off and on to try and reset.

The other Apple ID is stored inside the applications you're trying to update. If you can't log into it, your only option is to delete and redownload them.

If I use old password to update application can I reset email address in all apps?
