Purchased tv shows won’t autoplay

I cannot get a purchased tv show to auto play (Downton Abbey). I purchased these shows when they were first available through iTunes. Upon researching I found the “how to play” under details. It wants me to rebuy the seasons if I use AppleTV as the way to play. Otherwise it suggests BritBox, Prime, etc. They are in my available library and auto play/resume is the only thing I’m missing. This is true across all my AppleTVs (4K down to first and second previous gens). Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
