Can't recieve OTP from email

Hi, for some reason I can't receive an OTP thru our company domain email. Is there any chance the problem is on our end or with Apple? TIA.

If you're unable to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the spam/junk folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails may end up in the spam or junk folder of your email account. Make sure to check these folders to see if the email with the OTP landed there.
  2. Whitelist the sender: Add the email address from which you are expecting the OTP to your email account's whitelist or contacts list. This can help ensure that future emails from that sender are not marked as spam.
  3. Temporary email issues: There may be temporary issues with the email service provider that is sending the OTP email. In such cases, you might experience delays or failures in receiving emails. Wait for some time and try again later to see if the issue resolves itself.
  4. Check email settings and filters: Review your email account's settings and filters to ensure that you haven't accidentally set up any rules that could be blocking or redirecting the OTP email.
  5. Contact the service provider: If you have tried the above steps and still can't receive the OTP email, reach out to the service provider or website/app you are trying to access. They may be able to assist you further or provide alternative methods for verification.

It's also worth noting that some services offer alternative methods of authentication, such as SMS-based OTP or app-based authenticators. If email verification continues to be problematic, you can explore these alternatives if they are available.
