i have a recurring charge of $13.90 from apple on my bank acct but no subscriptions or purchases. cannit reach a person to talk to.

I have a recurring bimonthly charge from apple of $13.90 on my bank acct. I have no subscriptions or purchases to substantiate it and cannot reach a person to talk to. Am always redirected to online iTunes purchases or purchases on my phone. There is nothing.

If you are seeing charges for a subscription, see this for viewing and managing the subscription. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


If you do not recognize a deduction in your bank/credit card account, then see this, If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


Try reaching out to Apple Support otherwise.
