Wifi works but ethernet port does not

I had a power outage and it caused a bunch of weird networking issues. My Ecobee, 3 iPads, Phone, Apple TV all started failing with the same certificate error below. I was able to fix all the devices by deleting my wifi connection and re-adding it. However, the issue presists on my Mac Studio that is hard wired. Issue goes away when I switch to Wifi. I am pretty technical but cannot find out how to get my ethernet port back without fully reimiging my Mac. Looks to be some sort of expired cert but I have checked everything in my keychain and cannot find the cert being referenced.
