It seems you have responded to a scam message. If you provided financial information to the scammer. Immediately contact your financial institution for steps to deal with the scam. For the actual issue, please provide information as to what is not “normal”.

There is no known virus/malware/hack/spyware for a non jailbroken Apple device.
