Etrecheck Report Analysis

I need help understanding how to minimize app crashing, how to fix the "No TIme Machine Backup" issue, and how to minimize the heavy CPU usage. The report gives me the issues, but I'd like to learn some steps to fixing them! Thanks

I would suspect third party issues here:

Grammerly does not seem compatible...? Try disabling/uninstalling

/Applications/Grammarly for Safari.app

I would also uninstall the Prime Video (9.36.1) and compare your results—

this could be related to the PerfPowerServices Crash (26 times)

Backups are pretty easy. Just get an external hard drive, 1 TB or even 500 GB, and plug it in. Follow the Time Machine prompts.

Otherwise, the only worrisome issue on your EtreCheck report are those crashes from PerfPowerServices. There could be a hardware problem. I recommend you take your computer to Apple for additional diagnostics.

Don't mention your EtreCheck report. Focus on your user experiences. It sounds like those experiences haven't been very good.
