Why AirPods Pro 2 full of issues??

I received AirPods Pro 2nd Generation new out of the box and immediately I was concerned with what I received. 1. In the settings of my AirPods Pro 2 the option to “Enable case sounds” isn’t even an option (no not greyed out) it is just missing. 2. When switching noise control the little audio feedback sounds like it’s underwater. It is extremely muffled but for some reason the normal audio like music is fine. 3. When playing audio at around 80% and above small cracking can be heard in the background and it’s not the “white noise” from noise cancellation because even with sound control off it can still be heard. 4. Hey Siri never works on my AirPods but on my old AirPods Pro it worked seamlessly. But Siri will randomly activate while wearing them and it is quiet all around me. 5. In Find My the case doesn’t show up it’s just like old AirPods Pro you can only play audio on the AirPods themselves but not the case. Which is only of the whole reasons I purchased them. Can someone please explain to me why this is happening? 😩😩😩😩

I just bought these I just want them to work like normal☹️

If you haven't purchased directly with Apple or Best Buy you may have a Clone. I bought the Airpods 2 on Market Place (Facebook $120) The box is identical to Apple and it is sealed. I connected the Airpods to my iPhone no problem but after lots of Bugs the transparency and noise cancellation didn't work siri either the version was 5A377 and this told me that the warranty went until March 17 - 2024 After I went to the Apple Store for repair and they told me that my serial # had 19 repair request that I had purchased a Clone. After checking on the Web you can buy a Clone for $27 Identical box and Airpods and identical case and you can connect them to your iPhone
