Scrolling screenshot on iPhone 13

I can take a scrolling screenshot from some places but not from others. For example, if I open a website, I can do it. However when I try and take a scrolling screenshot of an email or one in WhatsApp, it won’t give me that full page option.

I don’t have the option for a Full screenshot? This is the first time I thought about taking a full screen shot on my iPhone 14. I took a screenshot and couldn’t find an option. So I googled it and apparently there is an option for it. I don’t have that option and I did not have the option on my iPhone 13. Any ideas on why I don’t have the full screenshot option and what I can do? I’ve never had the option. I’ll post a picture of what I have below. Thanks!

Why can't I see the full-page screenshot option on my iPad Air? Hello, All the instructions that I can find about making full-page screenshots on a iPad (gen 4 iPad Aid, iPadOS 18.3) seem to indicate I should see a “screen/full page” control at the top of the screen, like this: Take a screenshot on iPad - Apple Support (IN) I never see it.
