Hi Folks.
Every time I click on a story or a link, this white standout box pops up
It happens with safari and Chrome, so I think its a Mac setting.
Is this normal ? I would like to get rid of it.
Any help would be much appreciated .

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
Hmmm, pretty strange.
Start with this...
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

From within Safari, please check Settings (Preferences) - Websites - Reader - At the bottom right corner, set the “When visiting other websites” to Off. Screenshot shot below for clarity.
