It’s impossible to say if the charge is legitimate or not. Many scammers put the name of large companies in their invoices and receipts in an attempt to fool/trick the consumer. It’s possible this is a scam or that your bank account has been compromised.

Please review the Apple Support article I shared below.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If the charges do not appear, there are links in the article you can follow to contact Apple Billing Support. If the charges are not refundable you’ll need to contact your bank about any fraud protection they offer.

Were you able to use the links already provided to identify the charges and request a refund?

You are not speaking to Apple here, this is a user to user support forum. If you have not had any luck identifying the charges or the charge is not showing up when requesting a refund, then post back your results. If the charge is from a subscription, you will need to cancel that.

After reviewing the 3 pages of posts here, what were you able to determine. Getting a refund will depend on where the charges occurred and can happen for many reasons:

  • Do you see it in your purchase history?
  • What is the exact description of the charge?
  • Has your Apple account been compromised?
  • Are you the Organizer of a Family Sharing account where purchases by Family members will be charged to your card?
  • Does anyone else know your passcode that allows them to make purchases?
  • Has your payment method been compromised?

Without the details, it is not known if a refund is possible or where you would even go to get that refund.

We all receive junk mail or phishing attempts that claim there is a charge, and they want you to call a number to provide them your personal information. Many will pretend to be from Apple so you think it is a legitimate email. Apple cannot fix this, as anyone that has your email address can send you an email and Apple does not read your emails. For help with identifying and reporting these phishing attempts, review this article:

I have a charge of 43.89 on my account which i did not make i need it credit it back

Were you able to determine what the charge was with the links provided already:

  • What was the description of the charge?
  • Did you confirm the charge on your purchase history?
  • Does anyone else have access to your device or know your password?
  • Are you the organizer of a family plan that uses purchase sharing?
  • Has your Apple ID been compromised and did you change your password?
  • Has your card been compromised and if so, you did you make contact with your bank?

Hi,

I was already charged on my AMEX S$49.98 on 25/04/2024 for a purchase.

On 09/05/2024, was charged again twice of S$ 6.98 each, what is this for?

Again, on 23/05/2024, was charged twice of S$ 6.98 each and this, what is it for?

Please look into this and expedite refund. Don't remember doing or accepting anything else.

Regards and thanks.

I got charged $25.00 dollars to my bank account. I don’t know what’s it’s for. I have no subscriptions. It’s not showing me anything on the list I looked. I don’t know where it’s coming from but it says apple. How do I get a refund and how do I cancel iCloud+ my account is negative now and I don’t have a job anymore and I’m going to lose my bank account if I can’t fix this issue
