How to remove mail threads on webmail?

I don't seem to find where I can remove the thread view of my mails in my inbox. I hate having them grouped in a thread! How do I do that? On my iPhone it's fine, no threads there, but as soon as I open my mail in a webbrowser they occur in a thread.

Close Multiple Mails at one time in Apple Mail How can I CLOSE (not DELETE) all open emails at the same time, i.e. without having to close each individual one - in Apple Mail. Even if I quit Mail (without closing all open emails) hoping to reset it, when I reopen Mail, all the old open mails also open again.
