Hi, i Have a Mac Mini with apple chip. Suddenly, the internal mic on my mac stop working. No audio input devices are found in sound settings. I tried to reboot the mac, open it in safe mode, create a new admin user, uninstalled microsoft teams (in other apps as quicktime microsoft teams audio device is the only mic available)and nothing seems to work.
Is there any known solution to this problem?

Your best bet, is to get and use an external USB microphone or headset w/mic.
As I said, the Mac mini has no built in microphone.
Are you using a monitor that has a webcam and/or mic built in?
Maybe the issue is with the monitor or the connection to that monitor.
If you have an iPhone, plug it into the mini and it will use the iPhone's mic through "Continuity". Works fine on my vintage iPhone XS. This also lets you use the iPhone's camera.
I use this for Work (Teams, Zoom, and WebEx) and for personal (FaceTime and Telegram).
Thanks D.I but my Mac mini used to work with some kind of internal mic because I was able to make calls, attend meetings and record sounds before the issue. Suddenly the microphone has been disabled in the sound options.
You’re right must be the mic on my cam the one that stops working.
