iMessage Not Working

How do I activate iMessages & Facetime on my Mac. None of the two apps are showing on the iCloud page. I tried to login to the apps individually, it signs in but does not work, in iMessage, after 15 - 20 seconds of logging in, it logs you off, and prompts you to relogin. This issue has not been resolved, I have tried remaking the user, relogging into my Apple ID but nothing has worked, PFA some pics.
