Request a refund
I signed up for ONLY a 1-month subscription for the Simple Booth app in Nov. of 2022. I DID NOT authorize apple to keep charging my card every month since then. On my credit card bill it only says Apple Pay, which is very deceiving! I contacted Simple Booth and they said they can't do anything because it went through a third party. This is absolutely ridiculous that I was charged without my consent or acknowledgement, since November. I want a refund for all of the months that the app was not used.
