How do I contact Apple Sydney re unauthorised transaction on my PayPal account- I want to ask them about the invoice ID and Transaction ID

Anyone else seeing unknown purchases through PayPal entitled "Apple Services"? I have large and unknown purchases coming from PayPal charging my bank account. Description says "Apple Services" but with a spoof number 800-275-2273. The amounts span from smaller $30+ charges up through over $500. Coming through every day for months, sometimes multiple times a day. My bank transaction only shows "Apple.com/bill" but no detail. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charges but they refused my claim stating I need to sort it out with the "seller". As the transactions are showing up as Apple Services I have tried to look into how to dispute them and find out what they are supposed to be for however all I can find is information on how to dispute charges in my apple wallet - these charges were not made through my apple wallet so that doesn't help me at all.... Has anyone else experienced this and what did you to resolve it? Was it resolved?

Whatever payment card you were using has been seemingly been compromised. Contact the financial provider and report this. If that’s PayPal, then they’re your contact for reporting the fraud. Apple will not get involved in this until they get a fraud report from the payment provider.
