I have had this problem since the newest IOS and I cannot customize or add several wallpapers to my phone. Does anyone have any suggestions, I have already hard reset it and have made sure my face ID settings were up to date,

What happened when you tried to add new wallpaper?
Before doing any troubleshooting, Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version ( iOS 16.5), and try to add the wallpaper.
