Different dock icons for different focus modes

I currently have three different focus modes, each with a different color background. I want to know how to add different colored dock icons for different focus modes.

For example, I have a blue wallpaper for one focus mode and a pink wallpaper for another. I'd like to have the phone and messages app in my dock at all times, but different colored icons to match my focus modes.

Is there a way to set my app colors in the dock so that the icon color changes automatically with the focus mode change?
